Throughout the Training Programme, I continued to work on my Ph.D research project and I completed the preparation of my thesis…The lectures series and workshops that I have attended allowed me to consolidate and expand my knowledge in areas that are related with my research field. |

This is a very unique opportunity where one can work on it’sPHD thesis , participate in workshops and lecture series at the same time ! |

I had a lot of useful discussions with most of the lecturers about my research projects. |

All lecturers were willing to spend time to explain particular or difficult problems. |

I used the opportunity to attend talks of workshops taking place at ECT*. This is also a good way to get in contact with senior physicists. |

| I was very grateful for the desk, internet connection, and time to work in the afternoons. These resources made it possible for me to complete much work for my dissertation… I was very happy that the lecturers would stay around at ECT* in the afternoon to meet with us and answer our questions. That added a lot of value to the lectures… I feel I am now able to pick from a much broader range of research projects when I begin my post-doctoral research. |

Training Programme is successful in the sense that it gives early stage researchers the chance of learning from prestigious and highly qualified scientists in topics close to their research interests and meeting other young researchers with whom it is possible to exchange knowledge. |

Now I will be able to orient my work in a better way and compare my results with those that have been obtained using other techniques. The atmosphere in the institute is very pleasant and the place is perfect to work in. |
