Call for Expressions of Interest for Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships 2024

ECT* invites expressions of interest from postdoctoral researchers with an excellent track record of research to apply for Marie Skłodowska-Curie (MSCA) Individual Fellowships [https://rea.ec.europa.eu/funding-and-grants/horizon-europe-marie-sklodowska-curie-actions/msca-postdoctoral-fellowships_en] to be hosted at ECT*. We are interested in candidates who would carry out projects in collaboration with our research staff. Selected candidates will be offered academic advice and administrative support for the preparation of their proposal.

Priority will be given to candidates interested in:

  • Continuum Schwinger functions (contact Daniele Binosi, )
  • First-principles/Monte Carlo simulations of electron spectra for advanced material analysis (contact Maurizio Dapor, [email protected] or Simone Taioli, )
  • Ab-initio nuclear and electronic structure calculations to determine weak decay rates in astrophysical scenarios (contact Simone Taioli, )
  • 4D Microscopy of biological materials by short pulse terahertz sources (contact Simone Taioli, )
  • Parton saturation in diffractive processes (contact Dionysios Triantafyllopoulos, )
  • Effective field theories for nuclear and atomic systems (contact Bira van Kolck, )
  • Theory of the violation of fundamental symmetries in nuclei (contact Bira van Kolck, )
