More info - hotel reservation

The ECT* staff blocks rooms for all workshop participants at the beginning of the year. Each participant can indicate on the registration form if he/she needs a hotel reservation. Shortly after the registration closes, the ECT* secretary will contact the participants to inform them about the hotel reservation and the level of support.
The minimum support a workshop participant receives, is support for the workshop meals. With meals we mean: all lunches and coffee breaks provided by ECT* and one workshop dinner. Depending on the workshop budget, there is also the possibility of partial support (a contribution up to 40 euro per day for the hotel), or full support (ECT* covers the full cost of the hotel, except for the tourism tax).
