Modern experiment and theory have provided strong indications that diquark correlations play a crucial role in hadron physics. Diquark correlations are soft, possessing an electromagnetic size, thus they have internal structures. In this talk, I will present the study on the valence-quark parton distribution amplitudes of the light scalar and axial-vector diquarks using a symmetry-preserving continuum approach, which may be useful, for example, in the description of baryon distribution amplitudes.
