Past Workshops

Quantum science and technology are playing an ever growing role in contemporary scientific developments in a wide range of areas, from physics (where they originated) to computer science and engineering. One of their specificity is the interdisciplinarity nature, which calls for researchers with a wide expertise.

This workshop will bring together experts in lattice field theory, high-order perturbation theory and strongly-coupled field theories to develop and refine existing applications of the gradient flow to QCD and beyond the standard model theories within or near the conformal window. A key goal for the workshop is to identify new opportunities to apply techniques and methods based on the gradient flow, and, in particular, pinpoint potential applications of high experimental importance in nuclear physics and beyond.

Holography is a very powerful tool that holds the promise to be able to successfully address all these issues. The workshop shall gather leading experts to discuss the status quo and foster new ideas and collaborations.

The meeting aims at bringing together the members of the Advisory Committee and leading Scientists invited to present introductory lectures and discuss in details the future directions to undertake to suitable develop the project. The Committee will include leading scientists from the Lattice community and will guarantee gender and seniority-level balance.

The aim of the workshop is to bring together researchers working on various aspects of RNA structure, topology, and function from both theoretical and experimental point of view, with a special focus on the genomes of RNA viruses.
